SHIPPING & RETURNS

Each 8X10 fine art print is packed in a rigid flat mailer with a plastic sleeve and a cardboard insert for protection. All larger prints are shipped inside a kraft mailer tube. We accommodate flat shipping for larger prints upon request; however, there will be additional charges. Art prints not preordered are processed and shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Shipping is free anywhere within the USA. For international shipping, contact Clock Duckie at art@clockduckie.com

Please double-check your mailing address because if your package is returned to the studio, you will be charged to re-ship your order. If your order is damaged upon arrival, contact Clock Duckie at art@clockduckie.com within 48 hours and be prepared to provide photos of all the damage. Without photographic proof of the damage, we cannot provide a refund.
