SHIPPING & RETURNS

Each art print sized 8X10 is meticulously prepared for shipping. It is carefully enclosed in a durable flat mailer, safeguarded by a plastic sleeve with a cardboard insert for added protection. Larger prints are shipped in a sturdy kraft mailer tube. Flat shipping for larger prints can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges. Please allow 3-4 weeks before shipping for preorders. Shipping within the USA is complimentary. For international shipping inquiries, please contact Clock Duckie at art@clockduckie.com.

 

 

Kindly review your mailing address for accuracy; any package returned to the studio will incur re-shipment fees. In the unfortunate event of damage upon receipt of your order, please reach out to Clock Duckie at art@clockduckie.com within 48 hours and be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage. We cannot issue a refund without proper photographic documentation of the damage.
