"I have to admit that the '80s are my favorite decade. It is the decade I was born, so yes... I'm a child of the 1900s. In my opinion, the 1980s had some of the best music and movies. It was truly a unique time in the world, a time way before social media. I grew up in an era where you didn't have a phone with you everywhere you went; you had no choice but to be "present". So, these are just some of the reasons why I was inspired to create this work of art. I illustrated the ghost wearing an "I Love The's 80s" hat to represent the fact that the 80s are long gone, but that decade will always be loved."
